Personal data we handle
- Data collected: name, contact number, booking details
- Purpose: booking confirmation, sailing notices, customer enquiries
- Retention: kept only as long as required by law and for dispute handling
- Automatic collection tools: to analyse how the site is used and to measure advertising, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Naver ad conversion tracking (NAVER Corp.). These store cookies on your device (Google: _ga, _ga_* / Meta: _fbp / Naver: cookies set by the Naver ad tracking script). They are loaded through Google Tag Manager or the provider's own script.
- Data collected automatically: pages visited and referral source (including whether you came from an ad), behaviour such as button clicks, device and browser information, and whether a booking was completed. We do not send names, contact details or other directly identifying data to these tools.
- Overseas transfer: data collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel is sent over the network when you visit the site to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. (both in the United States), for usage analysis and for measuring and optimising advertising. Google Analytics retains it for 14 months from collection; Meta and Naver follow their own policies. Naver ad conversion tracking is processed by a Korean company (NAVER Corp.) and is not transferred overseas.
- Referral storage: the campaign or link you arrived from (utm values) is kept in your browser storage for up to 30 days and passed on when you move to our booking site. It contains no name or contact details.
- How to refuse: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or turn off personalised ads in your Meta account's ad settings. Refusing cookies does not affect your use of this site.
