We cannot guarantee it — these are wild dolphins swimming freely. Pods of Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins are seen in these waters throughout the year, but how much you see depends on the day. Departures that fall short are covered by our reward scheme.

Wild dolphins can't be guaranteed. On days when we don't get a proper sighting, we hand out extra Moodol coins on the spot (except infants under 24 months) — the captain who was on the water decides how many. Spend them on goods, snacks and activities.

Morning departures are confirmed at 8 PM the day before; afternoon departures at 8 AM on the day.

Full refund until 5 PM the day before boarding. After that, changes and cancellations are not possible.

Same-day changes and refunds are not normally possible, because the seat cannot be resold. If you need a different date, please cancel before 5 PM the day before and rebook.

If we cancel for weather or a boat issue, you choose: a full refund or a new date.

The meeting point is 14-32 Dongilhamo-ro 98beon-gil, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si. It is NOT the registered business address, so please check the meeting point address carefully.

Take bus 202, get off at the Dongil 1-ri stop, and walk about 5 minutes toward Dongil-ri Port.

The meeting time is 30 minutes before departure. Arriving at least 25 minutes before departure lets you join the ecology briefing; later than that and the briefing may be skipped. Please hurry so guests who came early are not kept waiting.

There is no age limit, and children may board with a guardian. Every passenger wears a life jacket. Adult fares apply from 12, child fares from 24 months to under 12, and under 24 months is free.

Generally yes, but we advise against boarding on high-swell days. Boarding may be restricted by on-site safety judgement.

The gangway from the pier to the boat is narrow, so if you cannot walk unaided, boarding may be restricted for safety even with a companion helping. Please call us before booking and we will check it through with you.

Small and medium dogs up to 10 kg may board inside a bag or kennel. Being a speedboat, the owner must hold the bag firmly throughout. Large dogs that do not fit in a kennel are only possible with a private boat charter.

Motion sickness medication works best taken 30 minutes before boarding, and it is available on site (1 Moodol coin). Sit mid-boat, look at the far horizon, and avoid both an empty stomach and a heavy meal. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on other medication, please check with a pharmacist.

Book at least 3 days ahead, or as a group of 6 or more, and you get KRW 3,000 off per person.

At check-in each guest gets one fishing-village activity ticket and one Moodol coin (except infants under 24 months). One ticket covers one activity at the port — shell painting or bamboo fishing — and tickets cannot be exchanged for coins. The coin is our port's own token: spend it like cash on goods, snacks and drinks, on a second activity (1 coin), and at partner cafés. You can buy more coins on site (KRW 2,000 each, or KRW 1,800 each when you buy 5 or more).
